Do we have to bring a 'printed' receipt that we paid for the tour or rental?

No, its no necessary to bring any printed receipt, once you complete the online reservation, we will have all information in our system, your reservation will be confirmed by Email.


How old do I have to be to be able to rent a bicycle?

You must be over 16 years of age. If you are younger than 16, must be accompanied by parents or an adult person


How much does it cost to rent a bicycle in Central Park?

Rates are $10 per hour for a 3-hour rental package and $12.50 per hour for a 2-hour rental package. General rates start at $15 per hour.


How much does it cost to rent an Electric Scooter?

Our rates are $17 per hour for a 3-hour rental package and $15 per hour for a 4-hour rental package. General rates start at $20 per hour.


Is there an minimum age or restriction for riding E-Scooter?

There are no major restrictions for individuals aged 16 and older. Minors under 16 may ride an e-scooter if accompanied by a parent or guardian.


How can we find out which tour is more suitable for us?

2-hrs Central Park Bike Tour covers the park from 58th st to 96th st
3-hrs Bike Tour, The Entire Park from 58th St to 110th St 
1-hr. Central Park Pedicab Tour, covers from  58th st to 72nd  st (The South End)
2-hrs. Central Park Pedicab Tour, covers from 58th st to 90th St  (Approx. 3/4 of the entire Park, big loop)
3-hrs. Central Park Pedicab Tour, covers the Park from 58th st to 110th St  ( The Entire Park)


Some of us can not pedal, can we take a Bike tour and Pedicab tour and go together?

Yes, We can combine the Central Park Bike Tour and Central Park Pedicab Rickshaw Tour at same time, departing, and going together.


What is a Pedicab or Rickshaw and what is like to ride in a pedicab?

A pedicab, also known as a pedal-cab or cycle rickshaw, is an environmentally friendly, electric pedal assist or human-powered vehicle used for transportation or sightseeing. 
Riding in a pedicab is a unique, relaxing, and engaging experience, especially in a scenic or bustling location like Central Park or a vibrant city.


How many people fit a single Pedicab?

A single Pedicab can carry up to 3 adults or 2 adults and up 2 kids under 8 years old.
( Pedicab has a limited of 3 adults max.)


How much weight can a single pedicab hold?

A single pedicab can carry a maximum weight of 500 pounds (approximately 227 kg).


How long does it take to see Central Park by a pedicab tour?

Visiting Central Park by pedicab can take hours for sightseeing and riding, but it’s a great experience. A 45-minute to 1-hour tour allows you to see the main highlights. Pedicab tours include 5–10 minute stops at major attractions, so a 1-hour tour typically includes three stops. Simply riding the lower loop of Central Park may take 25 to 40 minutes. 


Our Customized Tour Details: 


1-Hour Pedicab Rickshaw Tour: This tour covers the middle and southern parts of Central Park, from 58th St to 77th St, with 3 to 4 short stops at key attractions. These stops are designed for brief walks, stretching, and taking photos. You’ll spend most of the time comfortably on the pedicab. 


2-Hour Pedicab Rickshaw Tour: This tour covers Central Park from 59th St to 95th St, encompassing the big loop. It’s designed to capture all the major features of Central Park with several stops along the way. Stops are optional, but some are recommended. 


3-Hour Pedicab Rickshaw Tour: This tour covers the entire park with multiple stops. Stops are optional, but key attractions are suggested for quick visits. Any additional time on this tour is free of charge.


Can I customize my pedicab tour? I want to see a few attractions and just ride throughout the park?

Totally, pedicab tours prioritize your needs; just advise your guide about those places to stop or skip or to spend more time.


How early do you do the pedicab tours?

We do early tours on demand, our earliest tour start at 7 AM with an advance reservation only, please after booking your tour send us an Email.


We are 6 adults how many pedicabs do we need?

There will be 2 to 3 pedicabs available for your party.


Do I need to wear a helmet?

Cyclists under age 13 must wear a helmet while riding one of our bicycles.


How should I wear if I take a Central Park Bike Tour?

You should come comfortably to pedal for all Bike Tours, basically wear a comfortably shoes, and comfortable seasonally appropriate clothes.   Please come ready for the tours, I want to point out that we don’t offer locker room so you are not able to leave luggage’s or big bags in the store.


What to wear for winter Cycling?

When riding a bike in winter, your hands and feet are always the first to get cold. So, protecting just these vulnerable extremities can make your whole body feel warmer and have a pleasant biking  experience. We recommend closed footwear and gloves are always a good idea. * Please ...avoid sandals for all cycling at any season.


What if my bike gets stolen or damaged?

We've never lost a bike in a tours or during the tours, period.
However, if you are renting the bike is under your responsibility if the bike gets damaged for misused, or get stolen. All damaged or stolen equipment must be paid for out-of-your pocket, for losing the bike there is a flat rate of $ 300. ( It happens 'Once in a blue moon,' to prevent that we always provide a Bike Lock for all Bike rental)


How is the terrain of Central Park for Biking?

Central Park has an easy and friendly terrain for biking, offering both hilly and flat terrain, Central Park provides cyclists with varying levels of difficulty. Circling the entire Park, the drives provide three long-distance routes of 6.1 miles, 4.2 miles or 2.5 miles. There are shorter distances if you cross the Park at a number of scenic locations.

Are the tips or gratuities for the guide included in the price?

No, tips or gratuities are not included in the price but are greatly appreciated for a job well done.
